Amanda Kaschak

Amanda is grateful to collaborate with so many unique and skilled clients to help bring clarity, strategy, optimization, and productivity to their business and personal lives.

Amanda’s work as a grief counselor encouraged her to complete UC Berkeley and Harvard post-baccalaureate psychology coursework. Paired with her AltMBA and work as a designer and business owner, she provides emotional and systematic support.

She has helped clients achieve ivy league acceptance, double small business monthly profits, implement CRM and VoIP systems, dream up new products, create social media marketing campaigns, and achieve book roll outs and targets.

In her spare time, Amanda is a children’s author, publishing books about understanding, embracing, and expressing feelings. She hopes to continue growing as a coach through coursework, community outreach, and many more years of collaborating with such talented clients.

“Amanda has led me to open doors that I didn’t even know existed. You will not find a more knowledgeable, genuinely compassionate, down-to-earth, and creative life coach than Amanda Kaschak. She's like the wise older sister I never had. I absolutely love her!

What sets Amanda apart from competitors is her clear-sightedness and her compassionate heart. What you get with her is someone who is like a rock. She is unwavering and able to see opportunities and solutions that I had missed in my haze of emotions and struggle. This is NOT someone who is just phoning it in. If you are on the fence about hiring her… get off the fence and call her NOW!

Amanda has helped me with so many aspects of my life. I’m continually amazed at her broad areas of expertise and experience. She has helped me with everything from relationships, to family issues, to organizing and planning, to time management, to digestive and physical health. I feel like I could bring any problem to her and she would help me think of an actionable way of addressing it. This a true gift she has. People like her are rare. I consider myself lucky to have Amanda on my team and I bet you will as well.”

“As a business owner, it has been helpful to have someone on my side, rooting for me through the ups and downs of both life and business. Amanda has been this for me. Growing a successful business is hard but also thrilling. Having a coach that knows you well helps.

It’s been beneficial to get Amanda's feedback on different aspects of the business each week. It can be lonely and isolating at the top. Having someone who cares and is business savvy is an asset. Amanda has a great attitude and talking to her is not only fun but helpful. She is consistent and always brightens my day!”

-Ashley Guy. Founder and Owner of Tallulah CBD + Juice Bar

“One weakness a coach sometimes unwittingly brings to the table, is his/her own myopia. Through my interactions with Amanda, she has impressed me by her ability to add to any conversation, while keeping herself out of the way. We all know these exceptional listeners, and enjoy having them around, because they bring fresh air to every interaction. She doesn’t just listen, but asks questions, and not just questions, but the right questions. You can feel her closing in, while not with her perspective, but shining clarity on yours. Just as quickly, because Amanda wastes no time, she lays out the target, the bullseye, the key action items, which is a relief, because now we know exactly what to do next. This ability is not normal. It’s a rare gift. I treasure any time I can get with Amanda, because while she’s picking my brain, I’m surely picking hers.”

“Amanda has been working with my daughter for several months and has made such a positive impact in my daughter’s life. She has been open-hearted, caring, and encouraging. My daughter feels comfortable talking freely to Amanda, knowing that her sessions were “no judgement zones.” When Lyric comes back from sessions, she is refreshed, encouraged, and her light is shining

brightly. My daughter and I appreciate Amanda’s authentic, genuine, and generous spirit. I would recommend Amanda

anyway and truly appreciate who she is and what she does.

-Maiysha. Mother of 12 year old Lyric.

“After extensively interviewing numerous life coaches, I found Amanda to be the best match for me.

Amanda helped me untangle and organize my thoughts by actively listening and asking questions, which helped me discover the answers I was looking for. Her honest and constructive feedback helped guide me in uncharted territory and allowed me to fine tune my ideas. Amanda has such warm and embracing energy it is no wonder I feel safe, supported, and even empowered when talking to her.

Her expertise in her field makes her an excellent guide to help you navigate your way in life.”

-Von Milan. Entrepreneur and Business Owner

Amanda has been wonderful to work with. I leave each session feeling good about the work I do and encouraged to keep on going. She has gone above and beyond to help provide me with resources and tools that assist me in building my business. I also feel that I am in a very safe space with her and that she is always very honest with me which I appreciate very much. She has a great ability to always see the other side or a different perspective and this alone is so helpful in gaining deeper insight. So grateful for our coaching relationship!”
